1. Who we are and what this policy covers
LEIOLIS CORP is a newly established e-commerce company offering everyday fashion and personal accessories. The company was established on August 4, 2026. This Privacy Policy explains the handling of personal information connected with our website, genuine customer communications and purchases handled through applicable online sales channels.
This storefront is hosted on Shopify. Product selections and quantities are submitted to Shopify to maintain a cart, and checkout collects the information needed for the actual transaction, such as contact details, delivery address and payment information through the configured payment service. Shopify’s own privacy notice describes its platform processing. The display-only inquiry modal is separate from these commerce functions.
The policy covers our role in handling information. Online marketplaces, payment providers and other separate services may also collect information when you use their services. Their own privacy notices explain their respective practices. A link, product inquiry or company description does not make LEIOLIS responsible for every independent platform’s processing.
The custom inquiry forms in this website version are display-only. Their fields are checked locally in your browser and a confirmation is shown. The forms do not send the values to LEIOLIS, create a stored inquiry or initiate an order. If you want us to receive a message, you must contact care@leiolis.com or an actual purchase channel yourself.
2. Information you choose to provide
When you actually email us or communicate through a purchase channel, we may receive your name, email address, the contents of your message, an order reference and information you provide about a product question, delivery problem, return or other request. We use that information to understand and respond to the communication.
A purchase may make information available to the seller that is needed to fulfill and administer the transaction, such as recipient details, a shipping address, items ordered, transaction amount, order status and delivery or return information. The exact information depends on the sales channel and the permissions it provides.
Do not send sensitive information that is unnecessary for your question, including government identifiers, medical details, passwords or complete payment card numbers. If an issue requires verification, we will seek only information appropriate to that purpose through a suitable communication method. We do not ask you to provide card credentials through the display-only inquiry form.
When you complete checkout, transaction records can include the purchased products, variant selections, quantities, discounts, billing and shipping details, order status and payment authorization information. We use the records available to us to administer the sale, arrange fulfillment, handle questions, comply with obligations and respond to valid disputes. Payment credentials are handled by the enabled checkout services rather than the custom inquiry code.
3. Information associated with website access
Like other hosted online storefronts, the underlying website platform and infrastructure may process technical information associated with a visit. This may include an IP address, browser or device characteristics, requested pages, timestamps, referral information, error reports and security-related events. The information available to us depends on the platform, enabled services and their configuration.
The custom LEIOLIS section code does not add its own analytics pixel, advertising tracker, fingerprinting script or external form service. It does not store inquiry field values in browser storage. Its interactive functions include navigation, catalog search, Shopify cart operations, local inquiry validation and the display of confirmations. Commerce operations transmit the selected variant and quantity to Shopify, unlike the display-only inquiry form.
The actual storefront may use essential cookies and optional technologies through its hosting platform or installed services. Optional analytics, marketing and preference categories should be managed through the storefront’s privacy settings. The Cookie Policy describes this framework. We do not treat the presence of a cookie banner as proof that every third-party service has been configured correctly.
4. Why information is used
We use genuine communications to answer questions about products, clarify information and address customer service matters. We use transaction information made available through the sales channel to administer orders, arrange fulfillment, handle returns or cancellations, investigate delivery issues and maintain records relevant to the transaction.
We may use relevant information to protect our business and customers against fraud, unauthorized transactions, misuse of the website or other security problems. We may also use information to meet tax, accounting, reporting, recordkeeping and other legal obligations, and to establish or respond to a claim.
If optional measurement or marketing services are enabled, their processing should follow the applicable consent choices, platform settings and disclosures. This website version does not enroll visitors in a mailing list or infer permission for promotional email from an inquiry. Any future promotional communication should have an appropriate legal basis and an available opt-out where required.
5. Legal grounds where relevant
Where applicable privacy law requires a legal basis, handling transaction and service information may be necessary to perform an agreement or take steps requested before an agreement. Other handling may be necessary to comply with legal obligations, pursue legitimate interests in security and business administration while respecting your rights, or act on consent where that is required.
Optional tracking that requires consent should remain subject to your privacy choices. Consent should be recorded after a genuine visitor action, and you should be able to change your choice. A decision to reject optional tracking does not by itself prevent ordinary browsing of the collection.
The basis for a particular activity depends on the information, purpose, applicable law and actual service configuration. We do not rely on this general policy to authorize a purpose that has not been implemented or disclosed.
6. When information may be disclosed
Information may be made available to service providers that assist with genuine operations, such as website hosting, email delivery, transaction administration, payment processing, fulfillment, delivery or recordkeeping. Disclosure should be limited to what is appropriate for the relevant service. Not every listed type of provider is necessarily engaged for every transaction.
A marketplace or payment provider may handle information as an independent organization under its own rules rather than solely on our behalf. For example, it may process account details, payment authorization and fraud checks within its own service. Read that service’s notice for information about its handling.
We may disclose information when required by law, a valid legal process or an appropriate request from an authorized public body. We may also disclose relevant information to protect rights and safety, investigate suspected unlawful activity or establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
If the business undergoes a lawful restructuring, sale or similar transaction, relevant records may be considered or transferred subject to appropriate confidentiality and legal requirements. Such a possibility is not a statement that any transaction is currently planned.
7. Sales, advertising and privacy choices
The custom collection sections do not contain a mechanism for selling inquiry data, creating advertising audiences or sending entered form details to an advertising service. They also do not install cross-site advertising pixels. If the storefront later uses advertising services that may qualify as a sale, sharing or targeted advertising under applicable law, the associated notice and opt-out controls must be updated to reflect the actual practice.
The cookie controls request your choice for optional analytics, marketing and preference categories through the storefront privacy interface. The custom controls set the sale-of-data permission to false. They do not independently manage a separate marketplace account or a provider that bypasses the storefront’s privacy system.
You can ask about the information associated with genuine communications or transactions by contacting care@leiolis.com. You may also use privacy controls supplied by the marketplace, browser or platform. Where legally applicable, recognized opt-out signals should be handled by the configured storefront or service; we do not claim that the custom inquiry interface independently implements every such signal.
8. Retention
We retain genuine communication and transaction information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes for which it was collected, including customer service, order administration, dispute handling and applicable legal recordkeeping. The appropriate period depends on the record type, legal requirements and the circumstances of the matter.
A request to delete information does not always require immediate deletion of every record. Some information may need to be retained to comply with an obligation, complete a transaction, prevent fraud or address an existing claim. Where applicable, we will explain the basis for retaining information that cannot be deleted.
The display-only form does not create a company retention period for the values entered. It keeps values in the current page interface until reset, closed, reloaded or otherwise cleared by the browser; it does not intentionally write them to persistent browser storage. Your browser may independently manage autofill information according to your own browser settings.
9. Security
We use safeguards appropriate to the services and information involved, including the controls available through the platforms used for hosting and transactions. Access to genuine customer information should be limited to people and providers who need it for a relevant business purpose.
No website, email service or storage system can guarantee absolute security. Use a strong password for any separate marketplace account, protect your device and avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information. If you suspect misuse connected with an order, contact the genuine purchase channel promptly.
The confirmation-only form is not a secure document upload service, payment interface or identity verification process. It should not be used for confidential information merely because it is displayed in a modal window. We do not collect uploaded identity documents through this interface.
10. Your rights and requests
Depending on your location and the law that applies, you may have rights to access information about you, request correction or deletion, obtain a copy, object to certain processing, restrict certain uses, withdraw consent or opt out of particular advertising or sharing activities. These rights are subject to the conditions and exceptions of the relevant law.
To make a request, contact care@leiolis.com and describe what you are asking us to do. Provide enough context to locate the relevant genuine communication or order without sending sensitive credentials. We may need to verify your identity and authority in a proportionate way before disclosing or changing information.
Requests concerning a marketplace account, payment account or provider-controlled record may need to be made directly to that provider. We will respond to requests within the period required by the applicable law. Where an appeal or complaint right applies, you may ask about the review process or contact the relevant privacy authority.
We do not intentionally penalize a person for exercising an applicable privacy right. A request may affect a service where particular information is necessary to complete that service, but that consequence should be explained rather than used to discourage a valid request.
11. International processing and children
Online infrastructure, email services, suppliers or transaction platforms may operate in more than one location. When genuine business information is processed outside your location, the legal protections and practices applicable there may differ. Any transfer for which additional safeguards are legally required should be handled with those safeguards.
We do not knowingly direct our accessory website to children under 13 or seek to collect their information. If you believe a child has sent personal information to us through an actual communication channel, contact us so that we can consider appropriate action. Marketplace age requirements may also apply to accounts and purchases.
The website does not provide account registration, profiling for children or a child-specific interactive service in the custom collection sections. A parent or guardian should supervise any child’s use of online purchase channels.
12. Updates and contact
We may revise this Privacy Policy when genuine practices or legal requirements change. The last-updated date identifies the version presented on the website. Material changes should be communicated as required by applicable law. A policy update is not a substitute for obtaining consent where consent is needed.
