1. About these terms

These Terms of Service describe the rules for using the LEIOLIS website and the general framework for purchases made from LEIOLIS CORP. LEIOLIS CORP is an e-commerce company established on August 4, 2026. 4. Prices and availability

Displayed prices are expressed in the storefront currency, with the initial catalog prices configured in US dollars. Unless expressly included, shipping and applicable taxes are additional. The final checkout amount is presented before you authorize payment. Adding an item to the cart does not reserve it or guarantee a dispatch date.

Prices and the assortment may change as the business develops. A later price change does not by itself alter the amount of an accepted order. Where a material pricing or listing error affects an unfulfilled transaction, we will explain the issue through the original purchase channel and seek any required agreement or provide an appropriate cancellation and refund. We will not charge a higher replacement price without your authorization.

The initial assortment is configured to permit purchases without a tracked stock counter. A payment authorization, receipt or order notification should be interpreted according to its stated purpose; it does not independently promise that goods have dispatched.

The separate inquiry modal is display-only. It checks the required fields locally in your browser and shows a completion message. It does not send the message, create a support ticket, save entered details, place an order or process payment. We may need to clarify a delivery address, suspected unauthorized transaction, unavailable item or material listing issue before fulfillment. 6. Payments and transaction security

If a charge appears unauthorized or incorrect, promptly contact the original purchase channel and, where appropriate, your payment provider. Include the order reference and an explanation, without a complete card number. These terms do not prevent the exercise of lawful payment dispute rights.

7. Shipping, delivery and delays

Available shipping destinations, charges and estimated dispatch or delivery information must be disclosed for the actual purchase. This collection page does not establish free shipping, a guaranteed carrier, worldwide delivery or a fixed delivery time. Check the purchase listing and checkout for the relevant terms before paying.

For covered online orders, we must have a reasonable basis for the stated shipment time. 8. Cancellation, returns and refunds
