Available shipping destinations, charges and any stated dispatch or delivery estimate appear in the applicable listing or checkout. Please check the recipient name and address carefully before submitting payment.
Dispatch is the point when an order is handed to the carrier. Arrival follows transit and may be affected by carrier conditions. If tracking is supplied, use the order record to follow the shipment.
If an order is delayed.
For covered online orders, we need a reasonable basis for any advertised shipment time. If no shipment time is stated, applicable federal rules generally require a reasonable basis to ship within 30 days.
If an order cannot ship within the required period, we must provide the required delay notice and cancellation option, seek any required consent or cancel and promptly refund unshipped goods. Contact the original purchase channel with your order reference if you need an update.
Returns start with the purchase channel.
A voluntary return window, eligible condition, exceptions and responsibility for return postage must be stated for the actual purchase. This page does not establish a blanket return promise that has not been confirmed.
For a damaged, incorrect or defective item, explain the issue and include your order reference. Clear photos may help. Appropriate remedies depend on the circumstances, applicable law and any marketplace protections. Obtain return instructions before mailing anything.
Cancellation and refunds.
Request cancellation promptly through the original purchase channel. An order that has already shipped may need to follow a return process. Mandatory cancellation rights, including rights for a required shipment delay notice, remain applicable.
Approved refunds are generally processed through the original payment channel. Your payment provider may take additional time to display the credit. The corporate address is for correspondence and is not automatically a return destination. Read the full Terms of Service.
